Poker players want a shot at George W. Bush on the felt
BetCRIS Poker Conducts a Survey to See What World Leader Most Want to Play Poker Against
It's a perfect world, and you're given the opportunity to line up
against any world leader of your choice, so who do you choose to check
raise in a game of poker?
This is precisely the question executives at BetCRIS Poker asked
their players. To a survey currently running on the website, over
15,000 people have voted on which world leader they would most like to
play poker against.
Currently George W. Bush holds the
lead with 27% of the votes but just behind him is Cuban leader Fidel
Castro at 20%. Also climbing the list are Queen Elizabeth II, 11%, Tony
Blair, 11%, and The Pope, 8%.

"My guess is people want to play against Bush because he looks like
someone that's easy to bluff," said Mickey Richardson, CEO of
BetCRIS.com. "Personally, I'd be afraid to play against Castro. If he
catches you putting a move on him, you're done for."
